E-Pass

E-Passes are a wonderful way to make friends with other modelers on the Net. If you have not been issued one by the Penny Lane Central just click on the PLC E-Pass image on the left and one will be sent to you. Please remember to include the following with your request:

• Your name
• A valid E-mail address
• The URL to your web site
